As the challenges of 2020 give way to hope for a better new year, we’d like to take just a moment to look back at the past year and thank the wonderful people who have kept us going through the tough times.
Lithographics is proud to have been part of our Nashville community for the past 45 years and counting. Ever since our founder, David Bailey Sr., began printing letterhead and envelopes from an office in his parents’ basement, Lithographics has been working to serve the businesses of our community and beyond with solutions for printed communications and value-added services. Now run by his son, Dave Jr., our company has gone through changes in locations, logos, and technology over the years, but we remain consistently committed to providing the best service possible to our valued clients.
Throughout 2020, we’ve worked to keep our doors open and continue assisting clients through the COVID-19 pandemic and related shutdowns. Many of our clients are in industries that have had their finances seriously impacted by the shutdown and the slower pace of business even after reopening – we work with retailers, entertainment companies, faith-based enterprises, education, service industries, and more. Budgets for everything – including print materials and other marketing – have been slashed accordingly.
Like so many businesses around the country, Lithographics has had to adapt to the changing times. We feel very fortunate to have had the resources to turn our attention towards how we could best help our clients with the necessary challenges of the past year.
You may also have joined us for Vision2021, where we took our open house event virtual! Our event consisted of a virtual tour of the Lithographics offices, educational presentations on “The Power of Postcards” and “The Great Big Universe of Print-on-Demand,” informative presentations and videos on all the services that Lithographics has to offer, and a live Q&A session with clients. Thanks to the hard work of our staff and the great reception from the public, the event was a success and allowed us to keep in touch with our valued clients during a time when face-to-face interaction wasn’t possible.
We couldn’t be prouder to have such resilient clients, who have nonetheless made the most of 2020, despite so many challenges facing businesses everywhere. Throughout the year, we’ve worked right alongside them as they’ve found creative solutions to the year’s biggest difficulties, working hard to keep businesses running for themselves and for their own loyal customers.
In fact, the resilience and innovation of our clients has brought some good news for Lithographics to close out the year! We’ve actually been able to grow our Team this year, and we were able to bring on an additional eight people during the final four months of the year. We’re thrilled to welcome our new employees to the team as we continue to employ talented and hard-working members of our local community.
As we move into 2021, we want to end the old year and start the new with a huge thank you to the clients who have supported Lithographics. We couldn’t have done it without you, and we look forward to working together for a long time to come!
